The Role

The Staff Business Operations Analyst serves as the President’s right hand, connecting financial, operational, and strategic efforts across the company. • Gather, analyze, and synthesize data into concise briefings, dashboards, and recommendations
  • Drive priority initiatives from scoping through execution and follow-up

  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the business and push for resolution
  • Keep the President’s agenda focused on the highest-leverage decisions

  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills
  • Defense, aerospace, or manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance (if applicable)
