Micro1 is engaging operations practitioners to design realistic multi-step AI benchmark tasks drawn from reporting, process design and workflow management. Work includes clear instructions, objective grading criteria, spreadsheets, system exports, process documentation and operational reports; identifying ambiguous tasks; and meeting quality and delivery requirements.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of direct hands-on business operations, operational reporting, process design or workflow management; experience with SOPs, QA checklists, service levels or training assessments; strong Excel capability; and reasoning across multiple documents. English B2 minimum, C1 preferred. AI/LLM evaluation experience is an advantage, not required. No prior AI experience required.

Engagement: Contract. Remote, global; no geographic restrictions. Headline pay is US$45–US$90/hour.
